Whilst we advertise a range of services that are available, this list is by no means exhaustive. We are contacted all the time by clients asking if we can do something different to these, and almost all the time we answer yes. Below is an overview of some of the more common tasks that we undertake, if you require any of these, or anything different, please contact us.
Property Service and Management
Domestic and commercial property management. A service that can offer just a tenant find service, or full management, we offer it all. From advertising the property, through to signing up the tenant and collecting the rent, we can also deal with tenants comments, queries and concerns.
We offer open and transparent pricing, and we only get paid when you do.
House Clearance and cleaning
We have a dedicated sister company that works exclusively with house clearances and rubbish removal. From full dirty tenant abandoned properties, probate or repossessions through to regular rubbish collections, we can handle it all. This service allows for properties being totally emptied, including all the rubbish and waste.
For HMOs and managed properties, our regular or one off waste collections are ideal.
Property Inventory
Whenever a property is let, the landlord should always have an inventory carried out. This means there is an independent report on the condition of the propriety at the time of move in. As a specialist property services company, we offer full inventories, check ins and check outs as well as interim reports. Being an independent company, our reports can be used should there be any disagreement when it comes to returning the deposit.
For all inventories, we take a number of pictures of the property, ensuring that its condition is well documented.
Holiday Home Management
Hastings, Eastbourne and East Sussex in general are great places for holidays, and have many holiday homes. Our Holiday Home management service means that we can look after your investment and guests, on your behalf.
This service allows for cleaning, bedding, check ins and check outs as well as many other services. We advise all owners to contact us and discuss their needs as many owners have different needs and requirements.
Property Inspections
When a property is left empty, its prone to be attacked by vandals, the elements and possibly rodents. Our property inspections service gets one of our staff members into your empty property, and a full visual inspection is carried out. This inspection is not a structural one, but checks the property is still safe and secure, that there has been no fly tipping or vandalism, and the property remains in its original condition.
Many insurance policies now state that void properties should be inspected every 2 weeks. Typically our staff will spend at least 30 minutes at a domestic property, and will also collect any post, cut grass, and trim hedges if needed.
