We can get the property ready for your visit, or check it after guests have checked out. Our bespoke service means that we can do the shopping for you, or meet the supermarket at the property. In addition, we can have the property cleaned, the laundry done, grass cut and maintenance completed. Also can hold a spare set of keys, and have an emergency contact, ideal if you as the owner are based miles away.

Hastings Holiday Let Changeovers
Our full changeover service includes a full clean of the property after guests have left, leaving it ready for the next arrivals. Within this service there is the hire of linen for beds, and towels, and a welcome pack of essentials for arriving guests (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits). We can also welcome and supply keys to the new guests (if required).
Holiday Let Keyholding
We can securely hold the keys for your property, for a monthly fee. These keys can then be a backup, or used for trades etc. Whether you are using our complete changeover and cleaning services or if you are just looking for a reputable local company to hold your property keys, our key holding service is efficient, dependable and cost effective. Prices start from just £10 per month.
It is vital that your guests arrive and see a clean and tidy property, ready and waiting for them. We can arrange for our cleaning crew to go into the property after the last guests have checked out, and get the property ready for the next lot of guests. Additionally, our cleaning team can provide deep cleans, and standard cleans.
We understand that its not always easy or practical to have wheelie bins in holiday lets. Asking guests to remember to put the bins out can sometimes be more hassle than its worth, and no one wants to deal with the previous guests waste. We can remove all the rubbish at the end of the stay, removing it for recycling and disposal.
The cost varies depending on the size of the property, and we price by the visit. Prices start from just £35 per visit.
Like the cleaning, the laundry is a vital service, and guests arrival should always be met with clean linen. We can arrange that all the laundry is done, leaving the property ready for the next guests. If required, we have the facilities to store linen away from the property, and replace when needed. For this service, we charge per visit, and prices start from £25.
Guests love a good welcome basket, and one packed with local goodies is even better. We can arrange for welcome baskets to be left in the properties, and can base them on yours, or your guests needs. We price per basket, and the prices vary depending on your needs. Simple baskets start at £10, and go up from there.
If you’re not available, or don’t want to do it, we can respond to guests needs, queries and enquiries while they stay in your property.
We can offer planned maintenance as well as reactive maintenance services including callouts and weekend coverage. Services include Handyman, Gas, Plumbing and Electrics. We can arrange this for you, using local trades people.
In and Out of season we can provide regularly scheduled property checks, typically every 2 weeks. Your holiday let insurance policy will require that your property is regularly checked during void periods in order to validate any potential claim. All of our inspections include a detailed report on property condition, together with pictures taken in each room. This can all be accessed and viewed in our secure online area.
If your property has a garden, then its vital this is kept as clean and tidy as the house itself. This is where having an easy to maintain garden is a great help. We can provide a garden maintenance service, that can not only cut the hedges and the lawns, but also remove all the waste. Our garden service can be used as and when needed, as we understand that charging in the winter, isn’t really needed. Prices start from just £40 per visit.
Bad Weather / Service Outage Checks
After bad weather or service outages (we live in Hastings so know what it can be like) we are available to check your property. A report on a specific problem with your property can be provided if required, including on-site assessment, photos as well as recommendations for any necessary remedial work.
We can assist with providing access to trades, and can accompany a tradesman if required.
