Every property is quoted on its own merits. We look at how much has to be removed, how long it will take, and how much it will cost to dispose of. We take into account any residual value in the items and any other fees before arriving at a final price. Because every property is different, it isn’t possible to give a one-price-fits-all figure.

We have many years of experience in Hastings and throughout East Sussex. Our clearance service covers Hastings, Rye, Eastbourne, Ashford, Tonbridge and everywhere in between. We can normally respond to quote requests in 1 to 3 days, and start most clearances within a week.

Around 95% of the items we remove are reused or recycled. We aim to send very little to landfill, and where an item can be recycled, it will be. We remove mattresses, TVs, fridges, freezers and standard household items. We cannot remove asbestos or industrial chemicals.
