We work exclusively with residential blocks, leasehold developments and HMO landlords who want a managing agent that is hands-on, not a distant national operator passing calls between departments.

What we do
We provide block management, HMO management and holiday home management across Hastings and East Sussex. Our work covers day-to-day maintenance coordination, compliance monitoring, service charge administration, Section 20 consultation and HMO licence management.
Whatever the service, the principle is the same: clear communication, compliance kept on top of, and problems dealt with before they become expensive.
Our approach
Large managing agents consistently struggle with one thing: the person who knows your building is rarely the person you can get hold of. We work differently. Every client has direct access to the person managing their property, someone who knows the building, the leaseholders and its history.

Drew
Drew has worked in property for over 20 years, building hands-on expertise across block management, HMO compliance and leasehold legislation. He founded Hastings Property Services on a straightforward principle: freeholders and leaseholders deserve a named point of contact who actually knows their building, not a call centre. Based in Hastings, he personally oversees every management contract, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
