Hastings Property Services is a specialist property management company based in Hastings, East Sussex. We work exclusively with residential blocks, leasehold developments, and HMO landlords who want a managing agent that is genuinely hands-on – not a distant national operator passing calls between departments.

What we do
We provide block management, HMO management, and Airbnb property management services across Hastings and East Sussex. Our work covers everything from day-to-day maintenance coordination and compliance monitoring to service charge administration, Section 20 consultation, and HMO licence management.

Our approach

Director bio
Drew has worked in property for over 20 years, building up hands-on expertise across block management, HMO compliance, and leasehold legislation. Hastings Property Services was founded on a straightforward principle: that freeholders and leaseholders deserve a named point of contact who actually knows their building – not a call centre. Based in Hastings, he personally oversees every management contract, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
