As a specialist property services company, we can offer the services you need to manage your properties. The list below isn’t exhaustive: clients regularly ask if we can do something different, and almost always the answer is yes.
Property management
Domestic and commercial property management, from a tenant-find service to full management. We can advertise the property, sign up the tenant, collect the rent and deal with tenants’ queries and concerns. Pricing is open and transparent, and we only get paid when you do.
House clearance and cleaning
Our dedicated sister company works exclusively on house clearances and rubbish removal, from tenant-abandoned properties, probate and repossessions to regular rubbish collections. Properties can be totally emptied, including all rubbish and waste. For HMOs and managed properties, regular or one-off waste collections are ideal.
Property inventory
Whenever a property is let, the landlord should have an inventory carried out, giving an independent record of its condition at move-in. We offer full inventories, check-ins, check-outs and interim reports. As an independent company, our reports can be used if there is any disagreement over returning the deposit. Every inventory includes photographs documenting the property’s condition.
Holiday home management
Hastings, Eastbourne and East Sussex are great places for holidays, with many holiday homes. Our holiday home management service looks after your investment and your guests, covering cleaning, bedding, check-ins and check-outs and much more. Every owner’s needs are different, so get in touch to discuss yours.
Property inspections
Empty properties are vulnerable to vandals, the elements and rodents. Our inspection service sends a member of staff to carry out a full visual (non-structural) inspection, checking the property is safe and secure, with no fly-tipping or vandalism. Many insurance policies now require void properties to be inspected every 2 weeks. Our staff typically spend at least 30 minutes at a domestic property, and can collect post, cut grass and trim hedges if needed.
