We can get the property ready for your visit, or check it after guests have checked out. Our bespoke service means that we can do the shopping for you, or meet the supermarket at the property, and get everything unloaded and put away ready for your visit.

Our full changeover service includes a full clean of the property after guests have left, leaving it ready for the next arrivals. Within this service there is the hire of linen for beds, and towels, and a welcome pack of essentials for arriving guests (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits). We can also welcome supply keys to the new guests (if required).
We can securely hold the keys for your property, for a monthly fee. These keys can then be a backup, or used for trades etc. Whether you are using our complete changeover and cleaning services or if you are just looking for a reputable local company to hold your property keys, our key holding service is efficient, dependable and cost effective.

We can offer planned maintenance as well as reactive maintenance services including callouts and weekend coverage. Services include Handyman, Gas, Plumbing and Electrics. We can arrange this for you, and the charge for the work is separate to the key holding fee.
In and Out of season we can provide regularly scheduled property checks, typically every 2 weeks. Your holiday let insurance policy will require that your property is regularly checked during void periods in order to validate any potential claim. All of our inspections include a detailed report on property condition, together with pictures taken in each room. This can all be accessed and viewed in our secure online area.
After bad weather or service outages (we live in Hastings so know what it can be like) we are available to check your property. A report on a specific problem with your property can be provided if required, including on-site assessment, photos as well as recommendations for any necessary remedial work.
We can assist with providing access to trades, and can accompany a tradesman if required.
